Step 1

First off, congratulations on your engagement! This is an exciting time for you and your family, and we're honored to be a part of your event. One of the most important things to making your relationship with your photographer a good one, is to make sure you're in synch. We're going to be spending a lot of time together, so let's get to know one another. Let's meet over coffee or a drink and talk about your upcoming event. You're investing in photos that will help you remember a very special day, and likely let you see things you were too busy to notice on your big day. We know a lot of planning goes into your wedding and we want to make sure we capture a record of details. We'll ask you a number of questions to make sure we know all the important members of the family, the location, the schedule, etc. We'll talk to you about all the options, schedule a couple of follow-up conversations as we move toward your wedding day, we'll collect your retainer, and get you committed to our calendar.

Step 2

If at all possible, we'll want to schedule some time at the ceremony and reception locations to get some concrete ideas of where everything and everyone will be on your wedding day. We'll meet with your event planner and other vendors to make sure we know all the details.

Step 3

It's your big day! We'll be there and working with you to capture a combination of both posed photos that will be the foundation for your cherished memories with your family & wedding party, and candid photos of you and guests having a fantastic time. We'll also be capturing a record of the details that make your event so special: flowers, decorations, cakes, clothes, and accessories. You just focusing on having a great time, and we'll take care of the photos. The event will go so quickly that it will be over before you know it.

Step 4

We'll get you a few previews from your event within a week, while all the memories are still fresh in your mind. We'll also start work on your photo album and send you a preview before it goes to the printer. We'll post your images to a password-protected online gallery where you can download the images, order additional print products, and comment on or share the images with friends. You'll also get a link to a mobile device gallery that will let you view and share all your images on your phone or tablet. We'd love to meet with you when your album is complete, or if you're pressed for time, we can have it drop-shipped to your location. It really is that easy!
